Who provides Speechwing

Speechwing is operated by CVPK Digital Studio LLC, trading as Digital Kitchen.

These terms cover preparing and rehearsing a speech in Speechwing. Our privacy policy explains how information is handled. Our refund policy explains where to ask for help with a purchase and preserves your rights under consumer law. Our support page lists the details to include in a request.

One speech pack

One purchase covers one speech. The pack includes the full speech, a shorter version, a short backup, cue cards and delivery notes. It includes three AI rewrites within a 30-day window, manual editing and export.

The 30-day window starts at the verified payment time for your purchase.

The base price is US$29.99. The purchase screen shows the price and currency that apply to your purchase, and the final total before you pay. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. Starting another speech requires a separate purchase if you want that speech's complete paid pack.

Manual editing and exporting a saved pack do not spend an AI rewrite. The rewrite window does not set an expiry date for your saved speech. It is not a promise of permanent hosting or an unlimited number of AI rewrites.

Writing and checking your speech

Speechwing uses AI to write from your answers. It can get a name or fact wrong, add a detail you did not provide, or use wording that does not suit you. Read the whole draft and check it before using it. You can edit the text yourself. Your review of a draft does not remove a remedy required by consumer law.

Only submit information or material you have the right to use. Do not use Speechwing to infringe someone else's rights, harass people or commit an unlawful act. Do not try to gain access to another person's account or interfere with the service.

You keep your rights in material you provide. You allow us and the providers used by Speechwing to process that material as needed to provide the service, including saving it and generating your speech. This permission does not replace any privacy consent required by law.

You may edit, export and use the generated speech. AI output may resemble other output. We do not promise that it is unique, that copyright exists in every part of it, or that submitting someone else's material gives you rights to that material.

Accounts and purchase access

Speechwing can start with a guest account. Keep access to any email address you use for purchase recovery. Email verification is used to check that you can access the address; it does not transfer a purchase to another person.

Apple handles purchases billed through the App Store and Google handles purchases billed through Google Play. Keep your receipt reference. If payment or access is unclear, ask for help before making the same purchase again.

Deleting the app does not delete your account. Archiving a speech hides it from your list and does not delete it. Before requesting account deletion, save any copy you want to keep. Account deletion and refund requests are separate processes.

Rehearsals and saved copies

Recording a rehearsal is optional. Its audio stays on the device where it was recorded. Synced recording details do not make the audio playable on another device. You are responsible for copies you export, download or share outside Speechwing.

After a verified purchase, Speechwing keeps a managed device copy of that paid speech for offline rehearsal and PDF export. The server controls paid access. On a confirmed refund, new server reads of that speech stop. Its managed device copy, including edits, is removed at the next sync on each device where Speechwing shows the purchase as refunded. A copy on any other device stays there, and our servers no longer open it. If the store reverses the refund, paid access returns once it shows the purchase as yours again. Contact us if it does not. Exported or shared PDFs cannot be recalled.

If something goes wrong

Contact us if a purchase is missing, the pack is inaccessible, or the service does not match what you bought. Include the purchase email and receipt reference if available. Do not send a full card number or password.

Your rights under consumer law still apply. Making a speech personal, approving an opening, or downloading the pack does not by itself mean you give up those rights. The three included rewrites do not replace a remedy required by law.

Where a statutory withdrawal or cancellation right applies, that right and its conditions apply to your purchase. Speechwing does not ask you to waive that right to receive your pack immediately. The purchase process must provide the notices and confirmation required for your purchase.

We do not add a voluntary money-back guarantee through these terms. This does not limit a refund, repair, price reduction, cancellation or other remedy required by applicable law.

Changes and availability

We may change Speechwing as the product develops. If a change affects a paid purchase, any applicable notice, conformity and consumer remedies still apply. An update to these terms cannot remove rights already required by law.
