If your purchase is missing or does not work

Contact us with the email used for the purchase, its receipt reference and a short description of the problem. Do not send your card number or password. We can investigate purchase access and explain the next step for the payment method shown on your receipt.

Purchases billed by Apple

For an App Store purchase, use Apple's refund request service. Apple explains the process in its refund guidance. Eligibility and the process depend on the purchase and your country or region. We can still help investigate missing access to a Speechwing pack.

Purchases billed by Google

For a Google Play purchase, use Google Play's refund request page. Eligibility and the process depend on the purchase and your country or region. We can still help investigate missing access to a Speechwing pack.

Your consumer rights

One paid speech pack includes three AI rewrites within 30 days. Those rewrites are part of the offer, not a replacement for a legal remedy. Manual editing and exporting do not spend a rewrite, and the rewrite window does not expire your saved speech.

The 30-day window starts at the verified payment time for your purchase.

Making the speech personal, approving an opening, using a rewrite or downloading the pack does not by itself remove your consumer rights. If the content or service is faulty, unavailable, or does not match what you bought, applicable law may entitle you to a repair, replacement, price reduction, refund or another remedy.

Where you have a statutory withdrawal or cancellation right, that right and its conditions apply. Speechwing does not ask you to waive that right to receive your pack immediately. Contact us for a web purchase, use Apple's refund request service for an App Store purchase, or Google Play's refund request page for a Google Play purchase. This does not remove any other remedy required by applicable law or impose a blanket no-refunds rule.

After a confirmed refund

After a verified purchase, Speechwing keeps a managed device copy of that paid speech for offline rehearsal and PDF export. The server controls paid access. On a confirmed refund, new server reads of that speech stop. Its managed device copy, including edits, is removed at the next sync on each device where Speechwing shows the purchase as refunded. A copy on any other device stays there, and our servers no longer open it. If the store reverses the refund, paid access returns once it shows the purchase as yours again. Contact us if it does not. Exported or shared PDFs cannot be recalled.

Account deletion

Requesting account deletion is separate from requesting a refund. Deletion does not automatically reverse a payment, and a refund request does not automatically delete your account. Save any speech copy you want to keep before requesting deletion. Purchase records may remain for accounting, disputes or other applicable obligations.
